These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the btpk website and all related services, including sports betting markets, casino-style games, promotional offers, and PHP payment transactions. They form a binding agreement between you and btpk. Any attempt to use fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities. All bets placed on the btpk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type, as displayed at the time of placing the bet. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed, except where btpk exercises discretion in cases of an obvious technical error. btpk reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed errors, or market manipulation. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of btpk shall be final. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation andare independently audited for fairness. Players are expected to act in good faith at all times; any form of collusion, abuse of bonuses, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
Promotional offers available on the Promotions page are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. General bonus terms apply where individual promotion terms do not address a specific situation. btpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued and may not be transferred. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to permanent suspension of the account.
